VPay services
VPay provides identity verification, royalty allocation records, tax and payout onboarding, and payout administration. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
Identity verification
VPay may verify contact information, identity documents, face liveness, identity matches, account uniqueness, and risk signals. Submissions may be reviewed by authorized staff, and access may be restricted when information cannot be verified or fraud is suspected.
Royalty balances
Royalty balances are payment obligations, not bank deposits. They are not FDIC insured. VPay does not accept public deposits or permit user-to-user transfers.
Payout administration
Payouts require an approved identity, completed tax and payout onboarding, and any required staff review. Taxes, withholding, payout-provider charges, bank charges, foreign-exchange costs, and intermediary fees may reduce the amount delivered.
Electronic records
You may receive account, security, payout, and tax records electronically at the verified email address associated with your login.
